The name ‘Arthashastra’ reflects an approach rooted in structure, foresight, and contextual intelligence—values drawn from one of the earliest treatises on governance and administration.

Our work engages with legal challenges that are often technical in nature—ranging from structuring of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS agreements, to advising on the obligations of data fiduciaries, intermediaries, and AI-driven service providers. The practice also supports clients in designing governance systems for data protection, drafting end-user and enterprise-level licensing frameworks, and ensuring contractual integrity across multi-jurisdictional operations.

Having previously led the Technology & General Corporate practice at a leading national firm(s) and advised clients across sectors, we have understood the need to value not only clarity in legal drafting but also an ability to think in systems—to understand how legal design interacts with business architecture.
